Typically, in-stock orders will be shipped on the following business day after we have received your complete order and full payment. Orders are not handled or dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays, except with prior arrangements. Our goal is to ensure that all orders are shipped within 72 hours of completion. However, some orders may take longer to process based on factors such as payment methods, special shipping requirements, or stock availability. In such cases, we make every effort to keep our customers informed.

 Order Processing

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for payment processing and order shipment. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation along with shipping information.

We offer free shipping to the majority of countries for the majority of our items. Should shipping fees apply to your order, we will communicate this information to you promptly. Shipping times range from 2 to 7 weeks, contingent on stock availability at the nearest warehouse. In the event that some items are out of stock during or after placing your order, we will notify you and endeavor to replace your order with an equivalent or superior version at no additional cost to you. KLD Adventure (We) is not liable for any disputes or claims that arise once the carrier has received items from our locations or if items were deposited at the carrier's depot. Nevertheless, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will actively assist in resolving issues between the carrier and the recipient efficiently.

Once an order is reported as delivered, left at the recipient's door, or made available for collection at the carrier's depot, it is considered successfully delivered. Any concerns arising thereafter are treated as post-delivery matters and will be managed accordingly. For any losses or stolen items following successful delivery, the carrier must be contacted directly, and we hold no responsibility in such cases.

 Order Cancellation

Shipped Orders: Orders are eligible for cancellation only after delivery. When an item is in transit and in the courier's custody, it cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. The process can be initiated once the item is successfully delivered, as confirmed by the carrier's notification/tracking. To proceed with a return or exchange, please contact us, providing your order number and reason. Our team is available during our business hours. Please note that return shipping and associated charges may apply.

Pending Shipping / Pending Pickup: Orders not yet shipped or picked up can be canceled by contacting us, with no associated fees.

Please be aware that tracking updates may take 48 to 72 hours and potentially longer on weekends, during events, or holidays.
